Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Personal Jurisdiction Podcast giveaway of one (1) holographic PJxPod sticker (the “Prize”) to each of ten (10) Winners (the “Sticker Giveaway”).

1. The “Promoter” means the Personal Jurisdiction Podcast.
2. Entrant. An “Entrant” is a person over the age of 18 who is a resident of the United States and has a United States mailing address.
3. Winner. A “Winner” is each of the first ten (10) Entrants to comply with the Rules of the Giveaway.
4. Application of Terms and Conditions. By entering this Sticker Giveaway, an Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Terms and Conditions.
   1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Sitcker Giveaway.
   2. The requirements to enter the Sticker Giveaway are detailed in the Promoter’s July 9, 2024, LinkedIn post (the “Sticker Giveaway LinkedIn Post”).
   3. To be eligible, entrants must adhere to the Rules of the Giveaway detailed on the Sticker Giveaway LinkedIn Post.
   4. Only one entry will be accepted per Entrant.
   5. Only one Prize will be awarded to each Winner.
   6. The Closing Date for entries is July 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CT.
   7. After the Closing Date, no further entries to the Sticker Giveaway will be permitted.
   8. The Promoter will reach out to each Winner via LinkedIn direct message to gather the Winner’s mailing address.
   9. If the Winner does not provide the Winner’s mailing address within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and choose a replacement winner.
   10. The Promoter has no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
   11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sticker Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.
   12. The Prize has no cash value. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
   13. Apple, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Google Podcasts and any other podcast platform are not participants in or sponsors of this promotion.
   14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with any social network.
   15. The Entrant is providing his/her/their information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
   16. Any personal information and/or data provided during the entry process (including, without limitation, the entrant’s name) must be valid, up to date, and truthful. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any incorrect, false, or fictitious personal information provided to it.
   17. The Promoter shall use an Entrant’s personal data (including, without limitation, a Winner’s name, mailing addresses, and email address) for the purpose of administering this Promotion. If an Entrant wishes to opt-out, he/she/they may do so at any time by writing to the Promoter at personaljxpod@gmail.com or by responding “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message received from the Promoter.
   18. Any personal data relating to an Entrant will not be disclosed to a third party.
   19. The Promoter will not share an Entrant’s personal information.
   20. The Promoter does not retain an Entrant’s personal information.
