David takes us through his journey from corporate associate at two large law firms to the creative ways he was able to discover a career that combined his expertise in transactional work with his love of music.
David Dormon is General Counsel at Downtown Music Holdings. He is based in Los Angeles. Prior to his time at Downtown Music, he was an associate at the law firms of Reed Smith (2021 - 2022), Vedder Price (2016 - 2018), and Katten (2014 - 2016). David is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Chicago Law School.
